Senate RULES... Recall Senator Harry as the Senate majority leader during Barry's stint in office??

Welp, Harry started changing rules... Recall back then you needed 60 votes for presidential appointments, judges and Supreme court Justices?? Well, Harry wanted to push through activist judges and the Republicans wouldn't help out... So he moved it to be simple majority. Later they moved to simple majority for appointments...

They were warned that this may bite them on the ass... So during "The Don's" 1st term he had the Senate move to simple majority for Supreme court Justices... and in doing this he appointed 3 new Justices to the Bench.

During Barry's 3rd term, AKA The Auto-Pen Era, they tied to get rid of the Zombie Filibuster (the current one) back to a Speaking Filibuster (What it was before 1975) and 2 Democrats didn't go along with it.

Recall Joe Manchin and Krysten Sinema?? Well, they were the 2 hold outs and the rule wasn't passed and the Democrats got rid of them (Primary) because they didn't follow the party line.

Barry wanted to push his America Last agenda and legalize the Democrat's Open Border Policies and giving the 100s of Millions of Illegals in the US citizenship.

Apparently the Blacks and minorities are thinking for themselves and the Dems want to import new voters to adhere to the Globalist America Last Agenda.

The Democrats have said they'll get rid of the Zombie Filibuster and go back to the old Speaking Filibuster to implement their radical woke agenda.

Trump wants end the Zombie Filibuster so that he can pass election integrity and some other America First policies.

@Aaron, I have said in the past that if it wasn't for the speaking Filibuster the Civil Rights Bill from the 1960s MAY NOT have passed.

Because the filibuster required people to SPEAK on the floor of the Senate.

Recall Robert Byrd??? He was the Democrat who use to be a KKK member... Welp, this is the same guy Barry eulogized at his funeral when he passed away... Welp, AGAIN... Byrd led the Filibuster against the act, it was the longest in history I think, and during that time the Republicans found enough votes to pass the act.

So, it's, not a bad thing to go to a Speaking Filibuster, we had it for the majority of our existence. Mind you when the Senate first made the rule the Democrats didn't hate America and had policies more than "Orange Man Bad".

 AT>
AT> I agree with that too though. If Trump wants it to get voted on, then
AT> Thune should take a vote on it. When we see the end of this predicament
AT> we'll know exactly who to blame, one way or the other.
 AT>

Sounds like the vote will be on this week. Looks like some of the Administration will be talking to Congress about how Chin et al. hacked the election, with receipts.

 AT>
AT> Right. Thune is weak. I know that if I were GOP majority leader in the
 AT> senate then I wouldn't rest until I had everyone's vote on this. They'd
AT> either be saving America or they'd be on a "definitely primary" list.
 AT>

They need to vote to get rid of him.
