Each Province does their own. Each Province finds ways to fund it... For example Ontario has an employer tax (it use to be 4%) to fund it... Alberta use to charge people on their pay checks and now use oil and gas to fund it. The important thing is this... The Federal government said we are going to have public health care and here are the 10 elements that your plans should have... NOW, figure out a way to make it happen. Each Provence differs slightly to accommodate for their citizens but none deviate from the 10 (OR SO) elements. I saw Senator James Lankford talking today. He talked about the Voting Rights Act from the 60s... He stated that with in the first dfew words of the Bill it talks about Citizens of the United States. Not people who happen to be here at the time... He said in his state you have to show ID to vote and if you vote by mail in ballot you have to show your ID to a notary and have them sign off on your ID. WOW EH!!!! Politicians LIE all the time.
