Says that everyone must be registered beforehand for your vote to count, that first time voters MUST ID themselves via photo ID, utilities or other proof of citizenship, that voters are checked fo validity prior to holding the elections, and samples of polling stations are audited for accuracy each federal election. So it looks like ID ing already happened, but before and after the vote.
