The problem is that the Propaganda Ministry keeps leaving important facts out. 
Remember the "Maryland Man" hoax?

So the headline is "Jose, who has been living in the U.S. for 10 years was
deported without due process", but the facts they leave out is that he had a
deporation order, which means he had due process.  But the Leftoids are
programmed to think that, like citizen criminals, you get a trial AFTER you get
caught.
