All aliens who have deportation judgments have had their due process.  A2 judges and not A3 judges, as per the law.

They have had their day in court and they have had their appeal.

BTW, I saw a Funny AF video this morning.  A woman moved to Mexico with her family, I think her husband was Mexican... She wanted to escape the White Supremacy of the US.  She was dark herself, non-Latino (More than likely African American, she said she wanted to be in a majority population rather than minority.

Well, she moved in November of last year... and she announced that she's moving back.

I guess American is not so bad.
