you have a facebook synchronet group, reddit site,etc etc

You made those things so you are obligated to provide support on them.
i realize it's the wrong tool for the job so you should just remove them 
and stick to your guns and use the support channels you want.

Doing so you are reducing the amount of people you reach and the amount of
support you can give.
