Not sure on that, then. Maybe they just forgot to change the date. I definitely had 16.1.0 installed here before 16.1.1.

Seemed to have skipped 7.0.8, so maybe I was right in my previous assumption of the 'arch1-1 vs arch2-1' scheme.
