Hey Alan!

Everything here, running 24/7 or otherwise, is sysv based. Not sure if I'll bother with with a systemd machine given that even with a gui onboard it will ever get much use. I live on the commandline and was highly unimpressed with systemd the last time I tried.

I am impressed. I may have to try that soon.

I have neither so I am guessing I might be able to avoid that version. Who knows, I might go back to slackware if I am no longer able to keep up with the pace, especially over any gui applications. I find gui's too boring.

Anyhow thank you for the heads up and hopefully I can quickly resolve the udev issue soon. If not then ?????
